Pickup Policy
After we have received the payment in full please remember when picking up your new addition to your family's home ensure to inspect all products. Luxury Living Gallery is not responsible for any damages found after you leave the premises. Pickup does not include one inhouse manufacturer warranty service for a year. You will be responsible to bring back your product to be serviced or pay for our warranty teams to come out. Charged at $79.99 Flat Rate, within the first year. Any service requests after that may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery Policy
After we have received the payment in full please remember when receiving a delivery to ensure you measure before you schedule and confirm your delivery. Deluxe Delivery includes delivery and set up within the rooms you request, cleanup & trash removal and one inhouse manufacturer warranty service for a year. Doorstep Delivery includes delivery of the products to your doorstep. Doorstep delivery does not include set up, trash removal or one inhouse warranty service for a year. You will be responsible to bring back your product to be serviced or pay for our warranty teams to come out. With a Flat Rate charge of $79.99. If the delivery team advises against delivery due to possible damages to your home or products, you will be subject to sign a Delivery Damage Waiver if you still request the team to try to finalize the delivery of the product, this will result in Luxury Living Gallery not being responsible for any delivery damages done after you sign the waiver.

Layaway Policy
When choosing to hold a future purchase from Luxury Living Gallery we require a minimum of 20% down payment on eligible layaway items and a recurring weekly or monthly payment of your choosing. If more than one consecutive payment is missed Luxury Living Gallery reserves the right to make the paid balance into store credit for 12 months after the last monthly payment was made. Layaways are not placed on order until we have received 80% payment. If your item(s) become discontinued before we are able to order it our teams will reach out and inform you to give you other options.

Not Eligible for Layaway:
Clearance Items, Accessories, Bedgear, Sheets, Pillows, Discontinued Items. Layaways are non-refundable after 7 days of the original payment date, all funds will resort to store credit.

Special Order or Custom Order
Consumers that have purchased a custom order or special order will not be ordered until 80% is paid. There is no refund for custom or special orders. Special or custom orders are any product that needs to be ordered. All funds will revert to store credit and be in the system for 12 months.

Warranty
All furniture is subject to a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. If you purchased deluxe delivery, Luxury Living Gallery will send out their warranty specialists one time to your home for no charge within the year, any other manufacturer issues will result in the consumer paying for labor services or bringing the item back to the Warehouse to be inspected and repaired. All warranty services are subject to Luxury Living Gallery’s Discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Consumers can cancel until and up to receiving the merchandise, after 7 days from the purchase date the consumer will be subject to cancellation fees. If a consumer cancels with finance the consumer is responsible for paying the cancellation fee out of pocket. Cancellation fees are subject to the discretion of Luxury Living Gallery. Consumers can reselect at any time up to delivery.

Swap-out or Reselection Policy
Consumers may swap or reselect their merchandise up to distribution or receiving. Consumers will be subject to a deluxe delivery charge if the reselection is after delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
Consumers have the right to return any qualifying purchased product up to 48 hours after the product has been received. Consumers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Consumers will be subject to a deluxe delivery charge if the return is after delivery and Luxury Living Gallery will have to pick up the merchandise. Refunds will be placed on the finance company before refunding to the original form of payment if applicable. If the consumer paid with cash or check a check will be written for the refund. (Please allow 7-14 business days for checks to process.)

If the product is damaged Luxury Living Gallery reserves the right to refuse the return and refund even within 48 hours.

Returns Are Not Eligible for:
Special or Custom Orders, Damaged Products, Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Bunkie Boards, Foundations, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Bedgear, and Accessories.
